Croatian Business Council for Sustainable Development (HR PSOR)
Since 2015, the HEP Group has been a member of the Croatian Business Council for Sustainable Development (
HR PSOR)
. HR PSOR is an independent association of the business sector. It was founded by leading Croatian business figures to promote sustainable development within the economy and to represent the business sector in the context of sustainable development.
Diversity policy in HEP Group
The Diversity Charter is the initiative launched in 16 EU countries which aim is to encourage the implementation of the diversity policy in the business sector. It is based on the group of principles voluntarily adopted by the signatories to promote diversity, non-discrimination, inclusion and equal opportunities in the workplace. HEP joined the initiative along 34 other companies and organizations in Croatia in October 2017.
