At the founding meeting of the 7th Supervisory Board of Hrvatska Elektroprivreda d.d., held on April 29, chairman and deputy chairman of the Supervisory Board of HEP d.d. were elected and two members of the Management Board of HEP d.d. were appointed for the next four-year term.
Leo Begović, State Secretary at the Ministry of Economy, Labour and Entrepreneurship, was elected chairman and Krešimir Ćosić, a member of the Croatian Parliament, was elected deputy chairman of the Supervisory Board of HEP d.d.. At the proposal of the Government of the Republic of Croatia, the Supervisory Board appointed Željko Tomšić and Nikola Rukavina as members of the Management Board.
