In accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act (Official Gazette no. 120/16), public procurement procedures are conducted and published through the Electronic Public Procurement Classifieds of the Republic of Croatia (EOJN RH).
Simple procurement procedures are conducted in accordance with the HEP Group Simple Procurement Regulations. Certain simple procurement procedures are also conducted and published through EOJN RH.
