At a meeting of the Supervisory Board of Hrvatska Elektroprivreda d.d. held on February 28 this year, a new Management Board was appointed as the term of the current one is expiring.
The Supervisory Board in its Decision for the next four-year term reappointed Ivan Mravak as President of the Management Boad, and appointed Željko Kljaković Gašpić, until then Director of Hydro Production Area South of HEP Proizvodnja and Darko Dvornik, until then Assistant Minister of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure, as members of the Management Board. The Decision comes into force on March 1, 2008. The remaining three members of the Management Board of HEP d.d. will be appointed at a later date.
