Supervisory Board appointed Tomislav Šerić the new President of Management Board of HEP d.d.

At its session on May 10, the Supervisory Board of Hrvatska elektroprivreda d.d. revoked Zlatko Koračević, President of Management Board and Rodoljub Lalić, member of Management Board upon the proposal of the Croatian Government.

Tomislav Šerić was appointed the new President of the Management Board, and Perica Jukić, a former Managing Director of the Thermal Power Plant Department in HEP-Proizvodnja d.o.o., a new member of the Management Board. As a member of the Management Board since February 2012, Tomislav Šerić has been in charge of regulated network activities – transmission and distribution.

He has also been leading the preparation process of harmonizing HEP with the so-called Third Energy Package. He was also directly involved in the process of issuing corporate eurobonds. 'The priority of this Management Board will be to set up a modern and efficient company organized according to corporate management principles and in line with the best practice of similar European companies, which will react to challenges of large, capital investments in new power plants and the need to strengthen competitiveness on the liberalized energy market', said the new President of the Board.
