New Supervisory Board members elected

After the end of the term of the members of the Supervisory Board of Hrvatska Elektroprivreda d.d., the Assembly of Hrvatska Elektroprivreda d.d. elected new members of the Supervisory Board at its meeting held on April 28.

The members of the Supervisory Board of Hrvatska Elektroprivreda d.d. for the next four-year term are: Leo Begović, Krešimir Ćosić, Dasenko Baldasari, Luciano Delbianco, Zdenko Juričić and Slavko Konfic. The decision of the Assembly came into force on the date it was taken. Also, the Assembly adopted Decision to amend the Articles of Association of Hrvatska Elektroprivreda d.d.
