New leaders of HEP

The Government of the Republic of Croatia proposed to the HEP's General Shareholders Assembly on February 23, 2012 to revoke members of the Supervisory Board and appoint new members and to the Supervisory Board to revoke members of HEP Management Board and appoint new members.

The Government's press release from the closed part of its session, at which appointment issues were discussed, states that after receiving a positive opinion from the State Office for State Property Management, the Government proposed to the General Shareholders Assembly of Hrvatska Elektroprivreda d.d. to revoke the members of the Supervisory Board: Darko Horvat, Dražen Bošnjaković, Krešimir Dragić, Slavko Konfic, Gordana Obran and Zvonimir Sabati, and to appoint new members: Nikola Bruketa, Ante Ramljak, Hubert Bašić, Žarko Primorac, Ivo Uglešić and Alen Leverić. To the Supervisory Board it proposed to appoint Nikola Bruketa chairman. The Government proposed to the Supervisory Board to revoke the president of the Management Board Leo Begović and the members: Dubravko Lukačević, Snježana Pauk, Miljenko Pavlaković, Damir Pečvarac and Velimir Rajković and to appoint new members: Zlatko Koračević, Rodoljub Lalić, Ivan Matasić, Zvonko Ercegovac, Tomislav Šerić and Krunoslava Grgić Bolješić.
