HEP - an example of well organized complaints commissions

Organized by Potrošač, Croatian Federation of Consumer Protection Associations, in the Journalist Center in Zagreb, on March 23, a presentation was held about provision of information on consumer protection for 2005 and a Roundtable on the topic Consumer Right to be Represented.

As part of the topic entitled Complaints Commissions in Consumer Protection System, the representatives of HEP Operator distribucijskog sustava Ana Marić and Ivan Mrljak presented the work of HEP`s commissions which have been set up in 21 distribution areas.
Ilija Rkman, President of Potrošač, praised Hrvatska Elektroprivreda as the company to use as an example in consumer relations with respect to its regional organization, the number of proactive representatives of consumer associations and its regular periodic reporting on complaints received and measures taken.
