At ELES headquarters in Ljubljana, on June 6, Ivica Toljan,, member of HEP Management Board for transmission and system operation, and Vitomir Turk, ELES Director, signed a framework agreement on mutual cooperation between HEP Operator prijenosnog sustava and ELES.
The event was also attended by Miroslav Mesić HEP OPS Director, Davorin Kučić, Director of System Operation and Damjan Međimorec, Director of Development and Institutional Cooperation, and from ELES - Ljiljana Perči-Štefačić, Assistant Director, Dr. Pavel Omahen, Assistant Director and Zoran Marčenko from Upravljanje prijenosnog omrežja.
This Agreement specifies the basic principles of the business cooperation which according to signatories will be improved and accelerated in technical and economic areas. Further, the Agreement provides for the cooperation within working groups for specific areas whose work will be overseen and coordinated by a four-member steering committee.
The signed agreement is a significant step for the future mutually beneficial technical cooperation.
