Elektra Zagreb, on the occasion of its 101st anniversary, held a prize giving today to award its customers who regularly pay their electricity bills. Under the motto of For our birthday we give you presents Elektra Zagreb gave presents in the form of small electric appliances and energy saving light bulbs to one hundred and one customers.
We are aware of the fact that it is you who are the greatest value of our company and that our success is based on mutual partnership with you and on your loyalty. We hope that we will be even more successful in fulfilling our mission of secure electricity supply while at the same time improving the quality of our service as well as our mutual relations – said Marko Škrebo, director of Elektra Zagreb, in his address to customers. This was the second time that prize giving to regularly paying customers was held and the intention is to make it an annual tradition with the aim of stimulating customers responsible behavior. Its another aim is to promote the awareness that mutual fulfillment of obligations is the basis for cooperation and a direct contribution to a higher level of customer protection.
