On February 15, at HEP's main office in Zagreb, Ivan Mravak, president of HEP Management Board, Kažimir Vrankić, member of Management Board, Mišo Jurković, director of HEP ODS and their teams met with the representatives of the Kingdom of Norway, Croatian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, and ABB.

The Kingdom of Norway was represented by Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs, Nils Ragnar Kamsvag, and the Ambassador to Croatia, Elizabet Wallas; the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration was represented by Assistant Minister of European Integration, Andrea Gustović Ercegovac; and ABB was represented by Darko Eisenhut, director of the Croatian branch. The meeting has confirmed the successful cooperation between HEP and the Norwegian Government which recognized the problems and difficulties involved in the reconstruction of war-affected areas and donated equipment to HEP on five separate occasions.
The donated transformer stations go a long way towards reconstructing and building the electric network and improving voltage conditions in as many as 11 distribution areas of HEP ODS. The meeting continued in Sisak where Josip Baleta, director of Elektra Sisak, presented the results of the Norwegian donations achieved in the area. In a tour of the transformer stations in the Glina area, which had been reconstructed using the equipment from the third, fourth and fifth donation, the representatives of the Kingdom of Norway were able to see for themselves that their donations have gone where they were supposed to.
