Hrvatska Elektroprivreda, on Wednesay, December 13, in the atmosphere of Croatia’s culture temple, Croatian National Theatre Zagreb, organized a traditional Christmas get-together with customers, business partners and the public.
President of HEP Management Board, Ivan Mravak, in his address for the occasion, pointed out that the year 2006 was for HEP in many respects dynamic, significant and successful. As the most important events of the year he mentioned the start of construction of Lešće – the first hydro power plant in the independent Croatia, work on the construction of a new unit at TE-TO CHP and preparation for the construction of new units in Sisak and Osijek thermal power plants as well as the planned construction of a new unit in Plomin TPP. Significant business moves include the recent placement of HEP’s bonds in the amount of 500 million kuna, contracting an ownership stake in the future LNG terminal on the island of Krk, the recently signed contract with Rebro Hospital Zagreb, certification of HEP power plants to ISO 9001 and 14001…
