HEP ESCO d.o.o. was established in 2003 as the implementing agency for the Energy Efficiency Project in Croatia on the initiative of the Global Environment Facility and the World Bank in cooperation with HEP d.d.
During these five years HEP ESCO evolved into a leading regional energy service company, with a large number of references and many new projects in development.
