 Change of heat consumer

CONSUMER CATEGORIES – RESIDENTIAL AND BUSINESS

The user is obligated to notify the service provider in writing of change of user. The change as notified will be applied from the next monthly billing.

Change of heat consumer will be made on the basis of one of the following documents:

• Purchase contract
• Contract of gift
• Contract of support
• Inheritance decision
• Registered land certificate (deed of title)
• Notification from residential building representative
• Rent agreement
