 HE Čakovec
Čakovec is the first hydro power plant in Croatia with bulb turbines in the powerhouse. It is a multi-purpose plant which uses the Drava River potential for electricity generation, increases protection from floods, enables gravitational irrigation of agricultural land along the headrace canal, and creates conditions for the development of sports and recreation.
