• small customers – with a total income not exceeding 70 million kuna and with fewer than 50 employees;

Rights and obligations of small customers

All small customers are required to choose their supplier and conclude a supply contract with their chosen supplier.

A customer concludes a supply contract with the supplier and receives one bill from the supplier for all metering points for electricity consumed while the bills for network use will be received by the customer from HEP Operator distribucijskog sustava d.o.o.

If you are a small customer and decide to conclude the contract with us, the only thing you have to do is to fill out the request which you can find here.

When signing the contract, attention should be paid to the following:

• read carefully Article 8 of the Supply Contract.
• if you are required to submit payment security instruments, i.e. a blank promissory note, it is necessary to properly fill out the promissory note, have it certified by a public notary and submit it together with the contract.
