• large customers – with a total income of more than 70 million kuna and with more than 250 employees
• medium customers – with a total income of more than 70 million kuna and more than 50 but fewer than 250 employees

Rights and obligations of large and medium customers

• they are obligated to conclude a contract with an electricity supplier,
• if they do not choose a supplier, exceptionally, they have the right to use the public service in a period of up to 30 days at regulated prices applicable to tariff customers,
