 Contracting
Electricity supply provided to eligible customers is regulated in an eligible customer supply contract. The customer enters into two contracts, namely:
- contract for eligible customers’ electricity supply (competitive market business) – the contract is concluded for a definite period, at least for the duration of one billing period, and
- use of network contract (regulated business) – the contract is concluded for an indefinite period.
The contracting is based on bilateral contracts between the customer and the electricity supplier.
Because HEP Opskrba is a part of HEP Group, it makes arrangements with customers that are mutually beneficial, concerning not only the use of network but also the efficient use of electricity.
