Economic, Legal and Personnel Department

The Economic, Legal and Personnel Department organizes and coordinates the functions of economic and financial planning and reporting, financial management, accounting, materials management, financial accounting for HEP-OPS services, monitoring and application of  methodology for calculation of charges, and other economic and financial functions for HEP-OPS needs. In order to implement and achieve the objectives of HEP-OPS business policy, the Department coordinates and carries out legal, personnel and general administrative
