Development and institutional cooperation

The Development and Institutional Cooperation Department consolidates the functions of transmission system development, participates in the implementation of Energy Development Strategy and in the planning of power system development in accordance with the law; prepares and coordinates introduction of modern business practices, coordinates environmental management activities, consolidates international cooperation of HEP-OPS and relations with state institutions, performs public relations function, organizes internal information, and reports on independence of HEP-OPS operations.
