Submission of meter reading
Why and when should meter reading be submitted?
- If HEP ODS requests you to submit reading ( in case tariff system changes or the like).
- If your consumption has significantly changed (you have connected or disconnected some major domestic appliance (e.g. replaced an electric water heater with a gas water heater and the like).
- If you were away at the time of regular reading so your meter was not read due to inaccessibility.
- If you have a self-reading contract with your supplier requiring you to submit your meter reading once a month.

Note:
Customer code (consumption code or consumer code) is the number that appears on your bill as a separate number. This number appears also in the first part of «poziv na broj» as a group of digits to the left of the first hyphen. Digits appearing to the right of the hyphen are not to be entered.
