27.10.2016.
Hrvatska elektroprivreda and Elektroprivreda Hrvatske zajednice Herceg Bosne signed the Business Cooperation Agreement aimed at advancing business cooperation and mutual future investment in new energy facilities in the region. The Agreement was signed by Perica Jukić, the President of the Management Board of HEP, and Marinko Gilja, Director General of Elektroprivreda HZHB.

'Our two power utilities have recently been facing similar challenges, both aiming to always, even in the gravest circumstances, be a reliable support to its operating environment. I wish to say on this occasion that HEP, as a company which has already come a long way in the implementation of the EU rules and the market opening, is willing to share such experience with our neigbours.', said Perica Jukić, the President of the Management Board of HEP upon Agreement signing.

The Business Cooperation Agreement represents a foundation for all future joint projects between HEP and Elektroprivreda HZHB, especially with regard to the execution of RES projects, focusing on hydropower plants, windfarms and photovoltaic power plants as well as the analysis of the possibilities of energy storage.

HEP will continue to share its market opening, restructuring and market harmonization-related experiences with Elektroprivreda HZHB.
