As stated in its Memorandum of Association, HEP Development of Multi-Purpose Real Estate Projects Ltd. is established to carry out the economic activity which comprises:
- physical planning services - design, construction, use and removal of structures
- construction supervision
- real estate operations
- real estate management and maintenance
- real estate brokerage
- purchase and sale of goods
- trade brokerage in domestic and foreign markets
- foreign trade representation
- business and management consultancy
- sporting facilities management and maintenance
- construction research and development.
