In the period from 14 until 17 April, Rovinj was the home of the Days of Communication, the event which gathers domestic marketing professionals from creative and media agencies and advertising companies. Apart from educational workshops and presentations given by marketing experts, work area-based competitions are also held, among which Effie holds the most prominent status.
The Effie Award recognizes the most significant achievements in marketing communication segments of efficiency and a strategic approach to marketing campaigns presented by the Croatia's marketing industry for the seventh year in a row.
A total of 36 marketing campaigns from various industries competed this year, among which only 6 were awarded. HEP submitted its m-hepi mobile application campaign focused on its positioning as a modern and funcional added value, while Hepi as a product is presented as an innovative brand which takes care of its customers. The success of the marketing campaign and achieved positive business results were recognized by the professional jury which awarded the bronze Effie to HEP's m-hepi mobile application campaign.
HEP's image campaign 'Sjaj u tami' (Glow in the Dark) entered the finals of the Idea X competition, under the self-promotion and corporate communication category awarding the most original marketing campaign ideas, both unique and innovative.
