HEP ESCO currently manages more than 50 projects in the areas of public lighting, buildings, industry and energy supply systems. The projects are in various stages of development, execution or financing.

Public lighting

The projects presented are public lighting projects that have been executed in Novigrad (Istria) and Zagreb. In addition, HEP ESCO is executing or developing projects in a number of other towns.

Buildings

The project presented is a school and day-care center project that has been executed in Karlovac. The area of buildings includes a number of other projects in hospitals (Osijek, Varaždin, Sisak, Slavonski Brod, etc.), office buildings (Ministry of Labor, Economy and Entrepreneurship, Zagrepčanka, etc.), hotels (Cavtat, Dubrovnik, etc.), schools and day-care centers (Karlovac, Varaždin County, Sisak, Bjelovar, Sisak-Moslavina County, Međimurje County, Krapina-Zagorje County, etc.).

Industry

The project presented has been executed in the Alstom factory in Karlovac. Apart from this project, HEP ESCO is developing several other projects and is executiong a project in the sugar factory Sladorana in Županja.
