At a meeting of the Supervisory Board of HEP d.d. held on July 20 Darko Horvat was elected its chairman.
As will be remembered, after Branimir Horaček resigned from his position as chairman and member of the Supervisory Board of HEP d.d., the General Shareholders Assembly of HEP d.d., on June 30 this year, at the proposal of the Government of the Republic of Croatia, elected Darko Horvat as a member of the Supervisory Board. Darko Horvat is the head of the Energy Directorate at the Ministry of Economy, Labor and Entrepreneurship. He was appointed to this position by the Government on June 4 this year until when he was the head of the Trades and Crafts Directorate at the said Ministry.
